Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: i bought an account from joeritubee, everything was alright for a month or two until one day i woke up and saw that a person changed everything on the account - email, removed steam authenticator, phone number. I sent messages to joeritubee on skype but he simply doesnt answer he didnt block me he just ignores me
notes: the account still has the name that i had put in before it was stolen(woutin rabar)
