I've contacted this person, in private and then on Skype. I've talked with him about the account and decided that the best way to do this is the created a new e-mail account, have him set it on the account and give me both e-mail info and account info afterwards. We agreed that I have to go first but first, I need to make sure he actually has the account and it trying to sell it. Also, we agreed that if, after the purchase, I may need CC info to prove that I'm the owner, he'd provide it.
After he showed that he had changed the e-mail on the account ( "a" account cuz the other part of the info was blacked out ), I've asked that I need to see that the account is Open and Playable and that it also has the 2 months left of game-time on it, as stated. A day later, he came online and said that he doesn't have the time to do all that so instead, he showed me through Skype the account, the e-mail, the info and the in-game details.
I know the account name also the character's names. After I've sent the payment, he said he has to check and then logged off.

Here are all the pics that I have managed to make and also the full skype conversation, plus the ones of the payment and the forum messages.
There are some major mistakes I've made during this trade which would were pretty obvious. I don't think I'll get my money back but nevertheless, people should be aware of him (the account name, char's names and paypal name). And if anything can be done, I hope it will.
