A competitor had a sticky that ran out, I purchased a sticky as soon as I saw it -- I got stickied today, however, his thread was able to get stickied as well, even though the limit is 3 - he managed to get a 4th sticky.
Not sure hot it works in situations like these, but in case his sticky cannot be removed (because of the 3 sticky limit), I would like a refund on my sticky.
