If the original owner cannot help recover the account, they must give a refund to buyer1. buyer1 can then refund buyer2.
Original owner should always be able to get the account back.
He claims he is not the original owner, even tho he managed to recover it once when he "lost it" or well got his host/server compromised.
I request that
@AtlantisLOM posts proof of purchase if he really is not the original owner since he has been refusing to post any. In my knowledge, you cannot change your steam ID and the steam ID is adrianbitica, which is his name. I have submitted proof above that he managed to recover the account once, when he apparently lost it due to his server/host being compromised. He claims the server was deleted but has not posted any proof regarding that matter either.
Do keep in mind that in the screenshots I provided I explicitly asked numerous times if it was safe, and if I was safe in regards to have the account. The user
@AtlantisLOM clarified on numerous occasions that the account was safe and that no other recovery would take place or issues arise.
Lastly, there was no currency trade for the lost ark account. It was the bdo account --> for the lost ark account, which the lost ark account at current time could be sold for 300-350 according to the items it had inside of it. If I do get refunded 150 +50 then I am missing out on the trade due to his scamming practices.
Items included had been sent in the screenshots provided to you. Which included high life skill/high energy/many pay 2 win items/ a lot of weight/ full tet manos accessories/clothes/etc with full life skill pets being available and many other items that are of consumable state including HP fairy.
Giving me back the BDO account would put me at risk due to his constant history of recovering/unbanning accounts.
A refund applicable would be for someone that knows of BDO accounts to comment on this post, to properly associate the account with a cost, for an appropriate refund on my end so i can refund @jasonkid1711. An appropriate refund for the contents of the BDO account would be around 300-350$, the lost ark account lost value over the 1-2 months I had obtained it due to constant struggles of amazon and many other issues. Can provide proof from quotes of big sellers such as @MMOprovider. I had asked them to sell my account initially due to past dealings we had together, they offered 150-200$ at the account's current state. They would not have sold it much more expensive either as you can see on their website. To conclude, I had listed I was not the original owner, I have also asked for you to check the history of specific threads to confirm their contents to ensure he did not also recover and re-sell the lost ark account.
Do let me know once an appropriate solution has been concluded. Considering not only I am in need of a refund, but also @Distortred_Alice is in need of a refund for being scammed by @AtlantisLOM a year prior, and having their account re-sold.
I believe I have submitted enough screenshots to show sufficient scamming intent from the user
@AtlantisLOM.
Not fully related but related due to the bdo account being traded initially for the lost ark account, shows his nefarious tactics.
He has also sold the bdo account to more than three people.
--> one guy i mentioned -->
@Distortred_Alice and me.
Alice had no clue that the account was being re-sold, they where told it was banned, however, it is clear that the individual recovered it, unbanned it and re-sold it.
To add, I had spent a lot more money on the black desert account before we traded black desert + 50 euros paysafe --> for the lost ark account. On that premise, the value had risen on the trade of occasion. Thereby a refund would be inaccurate and lower than the cost.
