What is the dispute about?
I bought an account from @helpwowyou for 400€. I wanted to transfer the account to my real main account but (lucky enough) account failed the Name change Helpwowyou was performing, this can be on me as i told him to do it directly so i take that upon me. Plan was to move the character to a new account and wait. Then do a name change again. Just a day or two later the account was recalled. The way i noticed was that meanwhile the account recover process ticket became connected to my account and i saw an recover email being sent to my mail.
First @helpwowyou declined to speak the first day since he was not home. Which i respect but he can communicate on the phone according to me and we create a plan to solve the situation. A day later we start talking about how we can solve this situation. I requested first a replacement account but helpwowyou says he dont have any replacement account. He only has an account for 800€ so i would have to pay 400€. I don't really want to pay a lot more or deal with him since this account recalling.
I asked him for a refund of the money since the account was recalled but he refuses to do it since he calls himself a middleman and he can't since he only made 50€ on the sale.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) No.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) Login with SQ.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 4 Days
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it. This was sent to my email when the account was recalled. Just a few mins later it was recalled. (you can use the HIDE tag so the images are not publicly available to everyone)
