What is the dispute about?
Made a deal with him, paid for it through paypal. Never got a response from him after the payment was sent. Waited for a while, knowing it was Labor Day weekend (assuming that matters in Britain). Still no contact or replies to my messaging.
By Wednesday, I contacted Paypal and started a dispute. Once that dispute began, he finally replied through this site, however still has not provided the info I need to access the account.

Other details / notes: been trying to be as patient as possible, but minimal communication from him makes things difficult/worrisome
Additionally, he has stated that he changed the email and password of the account to what I had asked, except I've received no confirmations from Star Citizen about any e-mail changes (they usually send an email to the new email if it's changed)

The only reason I even started the Paypal dispute in the beginning was due to complete silence from him after the money was sent.
