Some law/epicnpc issues

Ok some guy on epicnpc is being a real ******. I really don't get his logic.

He managed my hearthstone business for me for like 1 day, barely did any work. I agreed to pay him 50 USD, for his effort. He said I should pay him virtual goods, and at first I agreed to it. Then I thought again, if I payed him with virtual goods in a law case scenario there would be no proof I payed him, therefore free work = illegal. So I said to him to get a Paypal account, he said he couldn't as he had to claim every penny he got. I said he didn't have to verify his account, just hold his money and pay people for his virtual goods.

I'm in some weird **** right now.. Should I be scared for him to sue me or me getting banned of teh website?

If he wants virtual goods and your worried about him lying about never getting it, get Fraps or another screen recorder and record the transfer. Then if he says he never got it you can upload the video to Youtube and prove him wrong.
