100% scammer, he can't provide any proof of ownership. When I asked him for a screenshot of him logged into the account, that's when he sent me this instead where you can see he is not logged into the account and changed both his username and picture to look like the user he is impersonating. After this I asked him to accept the friend request I sent to the account and he couldn't even do that and decided to block me on discord..
