So i got scammed (chargebacked) and now paypal is sending me debt emails?

so i got scammed by this guy via chargeback (hes banned now).

but now im getting paypal emails where they are asking me to payback the debt.

The name on the account is a different name, there was no credit card/bank account linked to it. Also the primary address on it is not my address, but the secondary address is my actual address.

The phone number on it was also never mine, it's never had a confirmed number.

Do i need to worry? are they going to send debt collectors? because i quite frankly cannot be ****ed dealing with the waste of time this scammer has caused me.

Technically they can try forcing you to pay the debt because PayPal is a credit organisation. However, if they actually never had your real name or link to bank info, they wouldn't burden themselves with any real action against you. Moreover, the sum of debt is quite low so all they can do to you is sending warning emails.
A friend of mine was charged to minus with the same sum, but he never tried to cover it and didn't face any negative consequences. On the contrary, he created a new PayPal acc after some time and bound a new credit card to it. Even though they had the same name and passport (not sure about address), no debt was ever transfered to the new acc.
Despite that happened in Russia and such kind of experience may vary from country to country, PayPal could take legal action against him but it didn't. You should probably go through your native forums and check out similar situations faced by people from your region. Good luck!

If its not a real name they cannot collect on you. BUT they can ban all your accounts if you have a real one they can find it too. Via ip, location, hardware id, etc.

I used to use paypal alot and have had many chargebacks, Just use a VPN when logging in to the site and they would send emails but after a few months they just close the account and then thats the end of it. Like @cutetyan said they are a credit organisation and will pester you for a few months but they dont distribute the debt to a 3rd party collecter it just gets written off,

I sold some accs to an Indonesian guy and He disputed transaction after 3months and i provided screenshot proof of skype , buy Gaypal rejected my proofs as they don't accept screenshot from skype and they refunded them , now my PP balance in negetive and I'm not gonna pay them and also will never use Gaypal again

Yes and that's why you've just scammed me for an amazon ses account (79€ scam) anyway... shabby
