What is the dispute about?
SirLink bought an account from me on May 29 2020, he was a previous buyer from 2018. PayPal informed me that SirLink open a case saying someone made the payment without his permission (clearly not, I have pics with all proof of him buying in 2018 and 2020 being the same person).
PayPal also told me they didn't accept his chargeback reason, however he did it with his financial institution, so PayPal retained $60 USD. PayPal is gonna present a case on my behalf to the buyers institution and might take up to 75 days. PayPal knows the buyer is presenting a false claim. I have all the proof, so it's better if he cancels the chargeback since I will get it back, either be now, in a week, a month, or in 75 days. He will most probably come here trying to create an excuse.
