@Engin recently was approached by this person who had previously bought an account from me in trade guardian #21467. I have all accompanying discord conversations linking him to Dathark who chargebacked his payment. I attached a screenshot of the payment chargeback. Let me know what other evidence I need in order to reclaim my account.

There is a lot of past conversations between me and the scammer as well as new conversations between Engin and the scammer. Let us know what to post so we can clearly solve this issue.

The scammer used the same discord talking to Paperblade and me. I have uploaded evidence as well to imgur:

To add some more background, Siphorotos purchased my account on May 1 through trade guardian. About a month later he filed a chargeback with his credit card which removed the money from my account. Now it has been over 60 days and the chargeback was never resolved so this is the only action I can take now to try to reclaim my account. Engin managed to run into him and notified me immediately. I could not provide evidence back then because Dathark had been auto banned already but I have all the evidence saved and available now to prove that this account was scammed from me.

That is untrue. I have discord messages from my clan mates saying that paper was trying to get in touch with me. I have replied to him and said I didn’t know what was happening. My card at the time was compromised from a hacker. The chargebacks were taken care of and the dispute has been resolved. Futhermore, paperblade has me blocked on discord currently and I cannot send him any messages

I still have you on discord still, or else how would I screenshot those conversations. I talked to you before and you never responded willing to help. And furthermore no money has been returned back to me. You showing that only shows your admittance of a chargeback.

I haven’t been able to contact you since we spoke last and you apparently blocked me. I still cannot reach out to you via discord. Even re-sent friend request
 
There is a gap between 15th June and Today - thats like the worst attempt to prove you reached back :ROFLMAO:

He sent friend req now, messaging me on discord. I will only be responding on here.
 
I have tried to reply to him earlier last I was able to message him I said I’d reach out to the banks to figure out what happened. Since then, I got a notification that the chargeback was reversed. Posted that too
 
What are you trying to show me? There is no date, no context, for all I know you could have failed the first time and refunded again. Show me the paypal dispute being resolved, you have access to it.
 
As I showed on my end with the first screenshot, the amount has been charged to my card and I have paid it. There are no chargeback credits on my end. As for why paypal hasn’t put the money back into your account, that’s something you need to ask them. I haven’t dealt with paypal, except for initially when I paid you
 
in this screenshot, you can clearly see the bank has charged back, then reversed that same exact day once I called them and got it handled. That’s literal proof that I have the amount. If you or the buyer doesn’t want to buy the account fine. But you need to return the account back to me

You just showed it being revered... do you not see the +? Once again, you have no evidence of you paying anything back to me still.
 
In case you don’t realize how statements work, older charges are listed lower down. So yes genius the + indicates the initial credit placed on my account and then amount immediately above is in the same amount and indicates the charge to me. Meaning that any credit was voided. Your issue is with paypal. You need to ask them why they haven’t re-deposited the amount back into your account since the dispute is over from apple
 
I am not familiar with chargeback scams so I will leave it to the mods, but 8/10 is awfully distant from the original 6/16. I have no idea what happened in between on your side. In the end nothing is resolved on paypal still and you needing to use different emails for paypal this time during your transaction is telling me something isn't right with your original paypal as well.
 
My original paypal is fine. It’s open and usable, which is how I was able to get the screenshot. As for why it took so long, since my apple account was compromised, there were lots of purchases that I didn’t make that needed to be charged back for. This was not one of them, which is why I had it reversed in your favor.
 
If it really were the case you had many of these then shouldn't they show up together with the rest of them? And furthermore your net balance is still 0$ which doesn't show you ever paying back what was reversed in 6/16
 
What do you mean my net balance is 0? Of course it’s zero I don’t have any credits on my paypal. That’s the whole point. I never received anything thru paypal except for when I paid you. The rest of the money went thru my card which has been reversed. Thus, I don’t have anything else to give. Like I said, you need to hit up Paypal to see why the money isn’t back in your account since the dispute has been resolved.
 
when it is charged back at bank level @Paperblade may not get money back for months if he will get it back at all. I have gotten money returned from charge backs against me 90 days or more later if i win the case. Bank/credit card investigations can take 6 months in my experience.
 
That’s what I’m saying. He doesn’t have the funds back yet because Paypal hasn’t gotten around to re-depositing it in his account. But that’s not my problem. I did my part by speaking to my bank and getting it resolved in his favor. The money is not in my possession and I have paid him already.
 
I still have no idea what happened in June when the funds were first deducted from me. Your august balance puts you at a net of 0$ so still nothing is shown of you paying anything back.
 
Bro, you don’t seem to understand. Those funds were deducted from you by paypal. Which I have never been in touch with. I’ve only dealt with my bank directly. I can tell you I have no credits from them and my screenshots prove that. That means that the money went back to Paypal. That means you need to hit up paypal and get them to hurry up the process of re-depositing the money in your account. But again, none of that is in my power at this point. I did my part by contacting my bank and saying the charge for your transaction was valid.
 
@doomedtofail or mods, any way he can prove what he said is true? From my understanding when you chargeback the bank no longer holds you responsible for what you are disputing. So this should mean in June he already received his "refund" on his end. I am not sure what his August statement means but it could be an error or him refunding again.

And if you are innocent doesn't help explain your previous banned epicnpc account, your new paypal account, you keep changing your discord name, avoiding me previously when I first contacted you, and you certainly did not reach out to me in August until now.

What “refund”?? You keep coming back to this but I have shown I do not have any refund. It was credited and then immediately taken back from my bank on the same day once I hit them up and got it cleared up. Therefore, my balance is normal. It’s back to what my regular statement is. The money I paid you has already been taken from my account.

As for my previous account it is not banned. I contacted Epic and asked them to close my account and that can be proven if you want the epic staff to look into it.

As for discord, I am allowed to change my username whenever I want. That‘s none of your business. I never avoided you, I contacted you as soon as I heard about the problem and I was trying to reach you today but you had me unfriended.
 
@Paperblade have you tried contacting paypal directly to see if theres any updates?

right now investigation is still running its course. paperblade can still lose the charge back.
 
@doomedtofail the investigation on my end has already been resolved and the money is not in my possession, nor the possession of my bank. Meanwhile, I don’t even know where my raid account is now, who has it, or what’s happened to it. Can you please clarify where the account is and why I don’t have it since I have already paid for it. As far as I know, Soma the MM has the account and at this point I just want it back. I’ve done my best to ensure paper gets his payment but if he hasn’t even taken the initiative to ask paypal then that’s no longer my problem
