Should I open a dispute here as well?

Hi,

I got scammed by a user from this forum who made the exact same thread both here and in another forum containing the same contact details. I've open a case from the other forum as it was the 1st point of contact with the seller. It's pending for him to provide a respond at this stage. Do i need to open a dispute here as well? Because he is still around on both forums based off the last activity time stamp, which means he is still trying to sell.

Yes, we do not allow banned members from other forums a pass simply because they scammed on another site.
