Approximate value of property: $200 USD
Was Trade Guardian used? Yes, but don't seem to be activated
If yes, what is the Trade Guardian ID? Unsure.

What is the dispute about? Want to raise a potential scammer.

Other details / notes:
- Initiated communication from listing to Discord
- Sell made contact, and agreed price, and going to use Trade Guardian services
- I have paid for the Trade Guardian fee, however a day later still not yet activate.
- He asked if should do the deal directly with Paypal, which I agreed and paid him, as I though that's slow process to have the MM assign, but later in fact I found out he has to provide login details to MM before activating the process. He said he is waiting for MM to get in touch or onboard.
- Regardless, I have made the Paypal payment to him, however he claim he has issue with he's Paypal account can't verify
- And later he said he got Paypal blocked, but he already had my money at this point.
- So I requested the refund and will try another form of payment, seller agreed, and said refund but which never come back, and at the same time he ask me to make another payment via Crypto, though I am not stupid I requested to refund need to be giving back to me before I try another form of payment.
- I requested the screenshot of refund, which is not actually the screen shot he giving me, is the resolution report I filed to Paypal to go against him for refund.
- I found he could be playing the system, not giving account details to MM so can't initiate the process, then taking forever and request payment direct, and also lying about refund, then trying to get me to pay the second time, alot of question marks here so I predict he's the scammer, feel free to investigate.

My money already gone through, your account has issue is not my problem, you should resolve with PayPal. I have made payment, and you should be giving the account to TG and handling over to buyer who has made the payment.

Lol, now you got the money, and I am out of pocket, and no game account, if I am not the victim what that is. You should have giving the account to MM to activate MM. I don't want further communication on here with you, I will share these to Paypal to organise refund. Admin can use this as history for others. I put it on here purely to help others, is nothing against you, everyone should aware my experience.
