What is the dispute about?
Seller took money and did not give me the promised account or reply anymore.
I was looking for a Valkyrie Connect account with some limited heroes in it and he messaged me with pictures of the account he offers and I like it and want to buy it, but it was a friends account that he was selling. After some worries about that, he said that he took the account and has the full access to it (because his friend wants to quit the game and therefore wants to sell it).
We discussed a price for it and payment method and he told me how to secure it to make it save.
Then there was a problem with sending the payment, at first I thought it was at my end and checked my Paypal and updated some data, but then after the update, the problem was on the seller`s end. I sent it (G&S), but he told me that it is on hold (and less money because of the fee) and the money would be delayed, so he refunded me and I should send it again with F&F. After I sent it again, he still had problems and can`t get the money, because of his Paypal account has limitations.
Then he refunded me again and told me to send it to another Paypal address that belonged to the account holder/the account that I want to buy, so I thought that this belongs to his friend, so I sent it (with F&F) to that address, but after that, the seller doesn`t answer me anymore and I did not get the account or my money back.
Really sad about this, (that account should be a christmas present for my sister) I trusted this person, because apparently he had some successful sales here with no problems, it seems (until now).
So all I want now is the promised account or a refund or the person to be banned (if he did not give what I wanted).
Other details / notes:
It seems that this is a typical "seller took the money and run"-scam. He immediately goes offline after the payment is sent and after I checked the other Paypal address, I noticed/realised that it was the same name as his Paypal account (so he has 2 Paypal accounts).
