Seller takes money and refuses to give it back then blocks me

So basically I was buying a Black Knight account with a guy that apparently somehow has 6 5 star ratings, I trusted him without a middleman, I am only 17 years old so i am not quite able to get a Visa card to send through PayPal Friends and Family, so i sent it through Regular PayPal. Apparently he tells me that it will take 5-7 days but as i was looking for another account i did the exact same process but it only takes 3 days for them and they are in the exact same region. I just dm'ed him a few minutes ago just checking up and he blocks me as soon as i mention the 3 day delivery from the other guy. I would like my 90 dollars back. The Discord chat is all down below i offered him many good deals but he declines them all and refuses to even prove the account is real which is so fake in the first place. Also the last 2 pics are from the 2nd guy i bought from (hes legit) and he got the money today.
