Describe the problem:
After the payment the seller send a false information of the account I want to buy, then when I escalated the problem to Paypal, he asked me to forgive him, it was his first scam and he wanted me to remove the complaint to Paypal so he could scam me again and take my money. Also the seller says that he is a liar and doesnt have the acc and its from a "friend". Please ban this scammer
