Describe the problem:
Seller offered a account, for which I paid 90$ for. But the seller kept on telling me that he didn't receive any money, dispite all of the screenshots/proof i've send.
Because i did the payment as a product/service, i knew he had to manually approve the payment (which he did) and that would trigger a confirmation email to me.
Even after that he still claimed to have not received anything.
I've submitted a case at paypal to have a chance of getting my money back, since i used the product/service feature of them.
In the conversation the seller continuesly told me to cancel the submitted case, because only after he would receive the money.
I know this is not true (double checked with customer support of paypal) and after cancelling the case you cannot do this again (so i wouldn't have any chance of getting my money back anymore).
I've inserted the full conversation to show all of the screenshots i've send and how he still refused to give me the account.
I reported him and saw that he has already been banned. So no way i can possibly get my money back here or get the account. Just wanted to file this case, to warn people of him.
