What is the dispute about? Asked the seller to do a clear service for ff14, gave him $160 dollars up front. However, when I started snooping around his epicnpc accounts (which I should have done first), found out that seller has multiple past bans (@RikoR, @SoulEat3r1, NekoG)and one suspicious feedback from an account that was on at the same time yesterday @Luna_Ange. I was hesitant to give account information for fear of theft of my account. Seller said to trust him so I gave him a deal: give me a full refund and I would pay $40 upfront today for his two clears (as advertised on his ad, uwu,ucob, said he could clear in just a few hours) and the rest of the 120 after he finishes my other requested clears. Seller says he agrees but only pays me back $15, starts giving me bs about he has to pay other party members, when I'm asking him to do solo party finder clears for $40 today. Says he will refund me in 24 hours, which we all know is bs.
