What is the dispute about?
- I've decided to buy an Epic Seven account from this seller. After I've paid in full, the seller then provides me with the google account details to access the account. Which I then attempt to log into the google account and change password, due to the high security of google and different IP address login, Google decided to disable the account temporarily. Then we try to recover the google account but couldn't because the seller has lost the recovery phone number linked in the google account and without it, we cannot recover it. Now, the seller intended to keep the money after cannot recover the google account due to his loss of the recovery phone number with much more details of his in the google account and leave me with nothing. It's been 3 days but the conversation I've had with the seller is not going anywhere and the seller kept decided to keep my money and will not agree to a refund.
Other details/notes:
- The seller doesn't want to talk much so this conversation has been going on for about 3 days now and nothing happened
