Sellers account got banned due to investigation, after 5 hours of being banned, my email attached to account was removed and I realize the account got reclaimed by the seller. However the seller is claiming he bought it from someone on discord, that might have been the scammer.

New owner (accused scammer) lists account to sell, I asked reason for selling he claims he is inactive on the account and later i found out he bought the account 2-3 days before to flip.

I found original owners thread, and beg for him to give the account he reclaimed back to me.
He states:
"Turbomouse Today at 6:56 AM
Well.. the guy u bought it from stole it from me. So technically it’s rightfully mine."

I message seller about this claim and seller responds:

cause i did not stole it simple ahaha, maybe the guy on discord stole him the account

Seller was going to offer me an account he wasnt really playing 13m player power, but after plarium emailed me back saying they will lock the account I am trying to retrieve, I never heard back from Seller. It seems maybe he is not happy about his account getting locked now so he ended the acting and fake "Mr Nice guy" act. It all doesnt add up, he rush sell an amazing account for $700 when the original post had user selling it for $1500. So either he scammed the account or he owns the account and was trying to pull the account retrieval scam.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) - I asked reason for selling his account, his reason was "because being inactive" when in truth he bought the account 2-3 days before to FLIP. If i knew this I would know it is very risky and would not have bought.

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) Screenshots

How long did you have the account before it was recalled? Less than 10 hours

this is the convo with the supposedly original account owner saying this account i bought was stolen from him,

this is the random guy that message me. i think he wants to find out more about what i did with account and with plarium. He was worry maybe i get the account banned for reporting it.

To summarize my point of view:

@KyouDude bought from a scammer, flipped it immediately to me which in turn hurt me because I paid him the $700. The account got reclaimed by the original owner, and @KyouDude got out of the bag with no negatives.
I lose $700 USD, and account. @KyouDude gains $700. Original account got account back and the money supposedly kyoudude bought it for, which he wont give me any details about that transaction.

My suspicious is when the original owner opened a thread to sell the account in question for $1500. and somehow kyoudude got the account and resell for $700. So if Kyoudude bought it for $1500 why is he taking an immediate $800 loss.

Also the fact the original owner didnt give negative feedback or anything and claim his account got stolen is very suspicious to me. I dont want to accuse but i feel there is a team work going on here. One with positive feedback will never be at fault, but claim they sold account fast enough to not get scammed. But it seems to perfect timing I lose account less than one day after it is bought by me.

@KyouDude wanted to compromise and potentially offer me an account back, but it seems he is now igoring all my messages after Plarium locked the original account i bought for $700. So my guess is @KyouDude is unhappy about this, because he controls this account still. That is my guess to reason why he is now ignoring me.
