hi guys,
I was wondering how a seller can protect himself from scams if he sells via trade guardian. What happens in case the buyer does not confirm that he received the login info or if he claims that he received the wrong login info.

Depends on the game. For many games, nothing guarantees protection.

Well once you hit that account was sent the money will not be refunded to buyer. You then need to open a dispute if buyer refuses to verify received.

If the buyer claims they didn't receive the account or the login was wrong, we will investigate the claim as we normally do with any dispute. If we determine the buyer did receive the account, then the credits will be released to the seller.

If we're unable to determine what happened, the seller will be asked to recover the account.

Ok thanks a lot for the responses. How do you investigate a claim or how do you determine if the buyer really received the login info? I just want to make sure that trade guardian is not PRO buyer like paypal in such cases. My question was regarding Mobile Strike accounts. Thanks again

The first step is reviewing chat logs to see if the info was actually given to the buyer. We then look to see if security settings were changed for the buyer so they can fully secure the account. Every dispute is different, so there's no set items we look at that I could write here. We try to look at everything.
