I have purchased 2 RSL accounts from this seller @Gringofampolois on 29 May 2020 via Trade Guardian Transaction #22607. Before the purchase, the agreement was that he has to provide me with all the info required by Plarium to disconnect the Facebook account to the game account. This conversation was captured on the screenshots on Discord here .

It is important to disconnect the Facebook account in the game because without doing so there is a risk that the seller will log back to the game account via his Facebook and reclaim it. It is also very difficult for this kind of account to sell as not many buyers will buy it. So after I purchased the accounts from the seller, I proceed to submit a ticket to Plarium for the request. However the info given to me by the seller was wrong and Plarium requested me to resubmit the correct info.

I have tried to contact the seller many times on Discord (as you can see from the screenshots on Discord above) as well as sending PM to the seller on EPICNPC but I was not getting a response. This is the email chain between Plarium and me after I have raised the ticket to disconnect the Facebook account. As you can see from the email, the info the seller provided to me was incorrect and they are required the correct info to proceed with the request.

This seller is not fulfilling his obligation to provide me with all the info relating to the game accounts he sold me in an accurate and promptly manner. Hence I am submitting a dispute to this transaction.
