Other information: seller seems to not be responding. Have waited for a while. Might be actively ignoring or it's just him having supply problem. Got 2 account from him before. 1 was not working so he compensate imediatly and say it's a supply problem. But now he is ghosting/ just not online

What is the dispute about?
Bought a new account from him. All was working fine with no issue. Until the acc got hackbacked and he did not give any respond after that. I waited for a while to make sure that he isn't just temporary leaving. But it's suspicious
Other details / notes:
Maybe give him abit more time to respond before banning him he may not be on due to actual issues... I want a refund or he return/compensate the acc if possible.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) yes, his original thread explicitly said all original owner, no hacks.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) ID, and reset password. no OG name
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 7 days
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it. non
