What is the dispute about? Paid seller for platinum, did not receive Platinum.

Individual responded to request, EpicNPC chat followed. I recommended moving to Discord after a short while simply because I thought it would be easier to use as an instant messenger. The guy quickly changed his original terms, which caused me to originally back out, but he sent links to the selly and shoppy sites.
He was able to produce pages that showed positive feedback on them, and so I believed his feedback. (Those pages no longer exist, if you attempt to follow the links, or are now different from their original appear):

Upon looking back on the chat logs, it also appears he edited the original message in which he gave me his PayPal email ([email protected] ) to no longer include it after I asked if that was the correct address. He said that once the payment cleared, he would invite me. I saw that the payment was on hold with my bank, and said it would clear by the 1st, but he claimed it usually only took 24 hours so he would check the next day and we would do the deal. When I attempted to ask, he said he had not checked, and when I saw it had cleared in my bank, I attempted to ask him again-- Only to find that he had removed me. Attempting to re-add him was fruitless, with Discord claiming I could not.
I attempted to re-message him here, but received no reply. I now see that he has another person who's given him feedback as a scammer as well.
