What is the dispute about?
The seller made claims (prior to me making the making the purchase that there are no chances of a ban and he's been doing it for years). I made the purchase (after multiple times of asking him if his method was safe and if it differed from someone else who was just banned on this forum (burningflame)

This is our initial conversation regarding the gifting services he provided. I will add our whole discord conversation. I'll remove anything that just has to do with the champions and the gifting he was doing from the conversation as our conversation was lengthy.

So fast forward to 06/07/2021 I got an in-game message from someone that I did not know. I proceeded to ask him what that was all about.

After roughly over a week I got a notification from Riot saying that my account was suspended.

To say the least, he took his time in responding to me and I had to message him countless times for him to provide one line answers to my query.

I waited about a week before submitting a dispute because I was waiting for Riot to respond back to my ticket. I then proceeded to message him about the ticket and he has ghosted me entirely.

To his question about the possibility of a ban I really told him that ban is impossible because I thought it was. In short, he asked me about compensation and I refused it, because I never told him that if something like this happens my responsibilities include compensation/warranty. On my part, the order was fully delivered according to the paid money. At the end, he sent me an answer from Riot, that says he was banned only for month. So, he can continue to play after this time.

What you're failing to tell the moderator (just like with burningflame) is that all of the gifted products you sent will be removed from the account that received it prior. The account will be allowed to play again but all champions/skins/loot boxes that were on the account are removed from the account. Essentially the account will have nothing. Also, you are saying that you have no responsibility to include a warranty or compensation, but you made a claim that a ban could not happen. It did, and you even said in our conversation that you would compensate ("some skins") that were removed. So you essentially said that it was a possibility that it could be removed (by first not questioning the random whisper I got from someone I got on League) and that you were willing to compensate (only a few skins) because you wanted me to keep purchasing from you. My purchase was literally contingent on your claim of not having a ban. You chose not to even help. You didn't even take time to respond to my inquiries. You personally failed as a seller to explain my options. I was fairly patient with you and more than willing to work something out (like in the conversation).

As for the parts that I cut out, I cut them out specifically because that are not relevant to our conversation as they only pertain to you giving me the champions/loot/etc.

If anything I removed was important, you would have added it. Also, just a note that you said you never experienced this before but looking at your negative review that says otherwise. You just failed to address it it seems.

Not a fact that ALL champions/skins/chests were removed from your account, it can easily be only those gifts that Riot Games considered suspicious, but we can find out for sure only when the account will be available again.
As I said before I don't know the burningflame and have nothing to do with him.
I made a claim about the ban, but not the claim about compensation conditions, this is absolutely different.
Yes, I offered to send some skins again if they were removed, it's okay. Gifts were removed few times before with different orders (throughout my entire sales history) and I sent them again to other customers too.
I explained the options, told you text to Riot and ask them about the reason for the ban and wait for their response to understand if the account was banned permanently. Now we know it wasn't and will be unbanned in a month.


I don't want to do endless writing and I want to sum it up:

1) I said that the ban is impossible, but this happened. (fact)
2) I didn't say that if something like that happens I'll provide compensation. (fact)
3) Account will be unbanned in a month, need to check how many gifts lost.
 
I opened this dispute because of your lack of communication. You might not know burningflame, but I clearly explained to you my experience with that person. I told you that my first league account got banned. Before it got banned, all gifts he sent were removed and two weeks shortly after my account was permanently banned (I did not purchase more skins or gifts from him or anyone at that time because there was an active dispute with him on epicnpc and he did not want to compensate any of his customers). He essentially did what you’re doing now. I am okay with doing whatever the moderators see fit, but I’m out over $300 and you took your sweet time to get back to me (time stamps prove that).
 
You then explained to me(in the chat logs as well) that your method was different from his and that there was no possibility of a ban or for skins to be removed (speaking of when the random person on league messages me)

Your previous experience with burningflame really doesn't matter, since and without this information I perfectly knowledgeable that a lot of other RP sellers using more profitable, but really high-risky methods and this being a result that a huge amount of their customers got banned in a short time. If you want to add new facts here, do it, but do not rewrite the same information again and again. And yes, my method is different, since he offer instant gifting when I'm not (you linked me his thread before).

I'm explaining the story. Something you obviously don't care to understand. What does not make sense in my story? I explained everything so that the moderators can get a clear picture on the type of person you are. You don't work with your customers. You simply ignore them. What am I getting wrong about you?

Anyhow, I won't be responding to you anymore. It's interesting though that you are very quick to respond on here, but when a customer has questions about their purchase you seem to take a very long time and make excuses for why you were unable to speak sooner. I'll let moderators deal with the rest.

I have a different time zone, very different from yours, at the moment I have 6:00 pm. And yes, sometimes it can take hours for me to reply. Of course, it is right that you explained your story, I just noticed that it is not necessary to do this several times in different words. I work with my customers, if my service does not satisfy someone, they just don't have to buy anything from me.

I didn't answer it on purpose, because I already provided all the information before and didn't want to repeat my words in a different way. I did not have and do not have any desire to continue this dialogue indefinitely like this happen now, because you can't stop providing the information you already added in this thread. You again send literally the same screenshots of conversation that already posted. And again in the new manner in different words. Exactly same happened in the discord, when I received the same questions from you over and over again, just with different words, questions I have already answered

That's correct, but the amount is more than $91. It is for $330.20 (payments to him are posted on the original post). He does not want to offer any form of compensation, despite these "odd" events that seem to never have been possible (his words) happened to me.
