What is the dispute about? I paid the seller the agreed price of the Isekai memories game account, I contacted PayPal and they confirmed that the seller had received the money, but the seller blocked me on discord and never give the account
Other details / notes: the seller charged me twice I paid both times and waiting for a refund for one of them if I got the item if not I have to make a claim to get all the money back. He also charged me a third invoice of $560 but it is a mistake that the seller made and admitted so I don't have to pay it. The seller charged me twice because he said he did not get the money the first time, although PayPal confirmed when I contacted them that he did get the money.
