Hi i joined the forum a few months ago as i was looking to buy a new hon (heroes of newerth!) account with multiple sub accounts. So i came across one of the posts of this guy called Calvin Park who is quite known and also a streamer on twitch. I got his skype and msg each other from there. We agreed on the account called `seraphic at the price of $50. Made the transfer through paypal and then after couple of hours he replied with what seemed to be to pass word and also a msg saying he was gonna be out for business for a few days. A few minutes after i got his reply i tried logging in the account but the password was incorrect so i tried msg him with no results for a long time. Then discovered his facebook profile and msg him through there. The answer i got was he cant remember the password not even the email the account was registered with and he refuses to refund or at least giving me another account. So guys and more experienced users, im asking for ur help! Is there a way to get my money back from paypal or at least access that account? The transfer was made a few months ago. Thanks!

P.s: If im not mistaken i DID NOT put the transfer as a gift on paypal so i think there is some hope there isnt it?!!!

calvin.sw.park is a banned user on this site so nothing more we can do. You can file a transaction recall on PP by going to Resolution Center. There is not a 100% chanse that PayPal will recovery but there is a possibility possibility.

Also i would like you to spend your time to carefully read this guide http://www.epicnpc.com/safe-buying-selling-trading/376990-%3D*preventing-most-common-scam-methods*%3D.html to prevent being scammed in the future.

I would recommend going through your bank and getting the money back from there. That's if the money had come right out of your bank account for this transaction.

Make up a good excuse and they will get it back for you and pretty quick sometimes.

I know it is hindsight but ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS at the very least search the skype name.
