I recently tried selling an account, it went horribly wrong.
The first lady I tried selling it to kept sending me cash over and over again, and I said stop, I am not selling you the account, you sound fake.. So I cancelled and refunded the ridiculous amount of money she kept sending me..
Then I look in my paypal and theres 4 cases for the money she sent me "unauthurized something"... but theyre all closed because I cancelled all the payments.
My first question is: Is this the end of it for this case with paypal? If the case is closed, is it closed, or will some other phase happen?
Now for my main fear and worrisome... I finally found someone who seemed trust worthy, they sent me 800 dollars for my account in 2 batches of 400$ through paypal..
I give him my account information, bout 30 minutes later, he reverses both payments and its under a paypal dispute case now.
I called blizzard, got my account back..
Now my question is, which I am deathly and sick to my stomach afraid of... if he wins this some how.. am I going to have a -800 dollars in my paypal? Because I have 0 dollars in my paypal account... I never withdrew the money, the 800~ sat in my paypal balance till he reversed the payment, and now im back to my 0 balance...I did have 788~ when he sent the 800, but he reversed it back so the payment is stated as "held"..
I submitted a screenshot of our AIM conversation showing that I sold him the account, and he agreed to payment, and even said he was "emily faulkner" the name the paypal sendee was...
I am just very scared right now, as I am young, to have something bad happen like a debt of 800 dollars, or something stupid, or the cops or some [censored].. I just want the case to be finished and done, and no weird [censored] -800 shows up.
But I gave him all the account info, he sent the money, then reversed it... its a down right scam and [censored], and now im scared... any help would be appreciated.. I just hope paypal closes the dispute, and its the end of it.. I just dont want to get a -800 dollars, or something else bad.
