Other information: this guy is a scammer I'm gonna say why, below in report.

Other details / notes: i contacted this guy because I was interested on this: Thread '[GL] 10 SSR, starter account - $20' https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/gl-10-ssr-starter-account-20.2357529/

He said that he couldn't get money with PayPal so we provided as final transaction the payment of 20$ into a game "Warspear online"

Chat Log Screenshots (make sure username is visible, not display username): I'm gonna attach all chat on discord (I think you can see the chat into epicnpc)
Payment Screenshots (make sure the accused email is visible): did in screenshot.
Other proof: he stopped to contact me after I paid him, also he stopped to log here in epicnpc from the same moment when he stopped to talk with me.
Anyway I don't care about get back 20 bucks, just stop this guy and report him, cause he selling more account always low priced and prolly using the same trick with everyone

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) no he didn't say
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)That he was in Kazakhstan
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?

[EpicNPC CM]

Epicnpc will no longer review disputes if one of these three Trade Guardian options is not used. There will be 2 types of disputes that can be opened.

1. Trade Guardian dispute - If TG was used, we will fully investigate as normal.
2. Scam Review - If TG was not used, only an account review will be conducted on the accused's account. We will check if they're a known scammer, previously banned member or have been accused of scams on other sites. They will then either be banned or not. An investigation into the dispute will not be conducted.

I did not find any previously banned accounts.
