You still owe to refund $465 for the previous transaction. However, we can reduce this on half if you can prove that the seller claimed that gold is farmed by hand. There is no way to prove that so we consider this as false advertising.
I am still waiting on the conversation image with your friend where you can prove that your last transaction was for him.

That's wrong I got ban while he was processing the transaction thats what I said before, even seller said he didnt process all transaction , so no I didnt get all gold, prob I got some before ban and then I got banned and yes here is the proof first time I bought him:

After review I believe the fairest option here is 50% payment for the last transaction as the gold was false advertised.

Fairest option?.
I got my account ban and now I got it with -800,000 gold since rtm for this guy false advertised.
and since first purchase that it was when I asked him if the gold it was by hand I bought him over 1100$.Money that I already lost since I lost all the gold in all the account.
since is false advertised then is fair for me to get the 50% back from the money I payed him since he is the reason my account got ban and rtm accussed with infraction in my history no?.
Also I don't know how much gold at the end he sent me since my account got ban in the process so I need to pay for something I don't even know if it was completed?, since in the others transactions we did he never went in all in once, it was for at least 20 transaction to be completed.

and to be honest I don't care anymore about my money but if we're talking about fairest options I think me getting % of my money back since is your fault that I got ban is one right too.
also don't say that you work with your farmers by 100% hand now. since you already said at here you're a reseller and you don't know the people if they're using bots or not.

sure, u can calculate it , and since I got -900.000 negative gold , I just calculate it from our discord and I bought you more than 800.000 gold that mean if I got that restriction then you didnt sent me the last transaction completed then LOL

Never. I never bought from others ONLY 1 time I bought from another person it was a person from epicnpc ( he even gave me a feedback) but I bought him I think it was 20k from a PERSONAL account(HAND FARMED) because he was selling his account so far ahead from the 900k , You're the only dude I bought gold in my entire time on lost ark.

also if you check our transactions is first time 250k + 40k second transaction 350k + 90k and 3rd transaction it was over 400k I don't know about the last 4rd transaction since it was the moment I got banned.

This is incorrect. Buying in-game currency is against game TOS, and this is worth it for all games not only Lost Ark. There is no difference between hand farmed or bot except that bot is riskier to get caught.
You have purchased a large amount of gold and this is the probably reason why you are banned. I don't see it as the seller's fault here, he delivered what you asked, only mistake he did is that he falsely advertised his service, as he is reselling gold so he can't know if is hand farmed or used bot. For this reason the last transaction you will gave to pay 50% instead of the full amount.
A decision is already made, ban in 48 hrs if payment is not issued

This is also incorrect, buying in-game currency is against game TOS in all games when you buy the gold with money outside the game thats correct, but the different between buying from a personal account (that is made from hand farmer gold) and bots is that if a bot is banned then everyone involved is banned,and if is from hand farmer that mean you can just do a "random dungeon" get the gold and buy a item on market and thats it nobody notice, 0 risk, if this were a risk then in lost ark all these people selling runs from the raids or selling high price items would be all banned but no.( thats why I wanted to buy from a hand farmer).
from a bot seller is different and we all know about this.
I bought a large amount of gold FROM HIM (and only him) If I knew before he was doing reselling from people that are using bots or some suspicious hacks to get the gold then I would just buy from another person, just like I did 1 time to a guy from his personal account.
also last transaction it would be only 20k or 40k or 50k or 100k who knows if he completed the transaction on here?. this is not being fair, since I lost more than he already lost from his false advertise. also right now is 50% less cheaper than he was selling.
so my answer is no. I'm not gonna pay for something that harmed me , losing hundreds of $, losing my account (getting it back with negative result) from his false advertise is where I'm saying is his fault. he delievered what I asked but I asked him before if it was farm hand first.
If you going to ban me go ahead, I contribude with all the information and communication that I could share to you, I have never been a bad buyer since I sold a lot of stuff and bought a lot of stuff on epicnpc, even using middle guardian and paying fees, even bought a lot of times credits on epinpc, so I have no reason to be a bad buyer.
