Hello, I'd like to report a user known as Spotemgotem as a scammer. He requests that you pay him via PayPal F&F and then he takes your money and purposely ignores you. I had a friend test this by adding him on discord and voila, he responded to my friend adding him, therefore proving he ignores the people he scams. I would like for him to receive warnings or even a ban. He even scammed someone else already.
