What is the dispute about?
We talked for a bit he supposedly showed me the proof of the gta account with pictures saying he’s the owner of the account, so I believed it and paid him the 29 USD through PayPal goods and services to cover my own tail, which he then refunded it because he didn’t want me to be able to make a claim if he scammed me so I ended up just paying without the goods and services through PayPal. Once he received the money I received a email and password. When it was time to log into the account to play the GTA the password was wrong so I go back to tell him it’s wrong and ask him to change it and he says “ok I’ll change it No worries” “any specific password or it doesn’t matter ?” I said it doesn’t matter. Ever since then I’ve gotten no response from seller of course. So I then leave a bad review on his page calling him out on what he did and he then fakes like I’m the scammer and leaves one on my page and deletes his side of our chats. I still have everything I said in the chat and I have the PayPal receipt with his email on it showing I sent him the 29 USD.
