What is the dispute about?
He added me on discord at 9PM my local time after seeing my thread but didn't engage there. I engaged him on his thread to make sure the actual person who added me on discord was him after we've decided to go through with our transaction. My actual price was 0.7 EURO per coin but we decided on $0.6 instead and I said yes because he wanted to buy 200 warmane coins from me. He knew I was knew and we first talked about how we're supposed to go about the deal. He knew I was new and so he initially wanted to opt out. I was even open to using a middle-man. However we've decided that I would give him the coins 1st, before he gives me the money for the coins since i'm newer than him and he has some rep. At first to build good faith I told him that I would cover the cost from Warmane's side. He proceeded to ask me about the $2.50 charge of PayPal and EVEN THEN I said it's fine I would cover it. our initial transaction was 40 coins for $21 because he didn't want to do cents. We agreed on this and I gave him the 40 coins.
I sent him a request multiple times for $21 and PayPal apparently had issues with his verification due to paypal giving him errors on his side as he said but eventually it came through after cancelling and resending of payment request.
So right after that we finished the second deal for 160 coins that I would split to two of his characters on Warmane 100 and 60 but he would pay it with $94 ($2.50 already deducted) and adding $1 to taht since we deducted 50 cents from the earlier transaction. I gave his characters the coins and screenshots to that transaction on warmane.
He had some issues again with PayPal and decided to call them up and said he would need some time because his account is going through a verification process. He said that he would send the payment this time. I never received any payments sent to me at all as he said he would.
He responded 5 hours later at 3:30AM in my local time so I wasn't able to immediately respond to him. Then I check the forums to see his account apparently getting banned for "rule violations" He wasn't banned at all for any of the time we made our transaction.
At 8:24AM my local time I apologized for not being able to respond immediately because I was asleep.
I asked him multiple times throughout the day about Paypal, about what I saw that he got banned on EpicNPC and I decided to wait 24 hours to when he first made contact with me before finally having to tell him that I don't wish to report him until i've heard his side about why the deal took so long. then on the 25th hour at 9:57PM I had to finally make a stand after just giving in to the warmane tax, the paypal tax etc. Seeing as he got banned from the forum for "rules" AFTER we made our transaction I had no idea what happened and I finally decided that I have to get my point across so I told him that this is looking more like a potential scam and i felt that he wasn't communicating but I would give him 6 more hours to respond and I would drop anything I ever told him about possibly making a report on EpicNPC among others because I respect that we all have our own lives to live but 24 hours is too much for someone to not make a single response and $94 is a lot in my country. He then proceeded to make me look like a bad guy an hour later BLOCKED ME from Discord and said :

As if I was the one who didn't give him the coins first. As if I was the one who was told he would receive a payment and now he's using the fact that I was asleep FIVE HOURS into our transactions because claimed to have issues with his paypal. As if that would justify him not completing our transaction. So I have to make this report in hopes that he would read it and decide to pay up the $94 that i'm rightfully owed. Again I don't with for anyone to get banned I just want the money I farmed hard for to get back to me.
Other details / notes:
He cancelled the last $94 transaction that I sent him after I had to go to sleep before 3:30AM my local time. He could have easily just accepted that or sent the $94 to me like he did and is making it seem like that was the reason i'm not getting the money i'm owed. I really REALLY tried to be respectful about the whole situation seeing as he claimed to want to have sellers like me in hand as can be seen in the following screenshots of our discord chat
I consider myself a very honorable person that is a man of my world and this is my 1st ever transaction on this site after I found out about it a year ago but decided not to engage right away for THIS EXACT REASON. I can't see where he'd be offended when he didn't do as he told when it comes to the PayPal side. I don't know if people think they can get away with these sorts of things simply because i'm new. I just want to get back what i'm owed.
He has cancelled the last $94 request I sent to him on Paypal and I sent him another one. I really need that money
