I contacted virt Regarding a warrior he had for sale i then agreed to buy it from him at $300.00

i waset Paypal verified at the time so i asked hawaiianbum21 to middleman i would send the funds to him via my unverified paypal since i sent him money before no issues, all went well

i got Warrior Details

Hawaiianbum21 then decided to recall his Paypal funds of $280.00 from me from a account i sold him

i questioned him but he refused to give me a reason so i opened a dispute for the $300.00 i sent, Hawaiianbum21

then contacted virt and had him recall the account for him

and virt gave him the id scan

i contacted virt before this explained what happened and why i recalled my $300.00 he diddent belive me and decided to listen to hawaiianbum21,

i contacted my bank to do a chargeback which i was told was succesfull

that was when virt gave hawaiianbum21 all details the account includeing ID scan after which hawaiianbum21 sold for around $310.00,

virt said that ive got my money back and hawaiianbum21 should have the account next day turned out it was tempory balance

and my claim failed so i told this to virt and he diddent seem to care much and thought i should wait the paypal dispute out,

hawaiianbum21 logged on my paypal useing password he knew from accounts i sold him and closed the dispute

i had paypal reopen it which they did, happens that friday 14th i lost the dispute and hawaiianbum21 won my $300.00 plus my $280.00, so hawaiianbum21 made a profit for nothing

i recalled my account i sold him for $280.00 now

hawaiianbum21 has $310.00 that he made from my warrior

i contacted virt for the ID scan so i could recall my warrior he refuses to help me as im the one that paid hawaiianbum21 $315.00 to pay virt for the warrior,

in theory the warriors mine but virt wont help me atall refuses too when its my money he has in his paypal.

dont bother posting logs.

I contacted konvicted asking if the warrior was fine

he informs me he gave hawiian all the info to the account because he owed hawaiian money.

next he tells me he's recalled all the money from hawiian

so after konvicted has his money back and theres still 300$ in my paypal and hawiian tells me he'll keep the account. i assist hawiian with getting the authenticator taken off the account by giving him the ID.

then after konvicted contacts me saying he doesnt have the money anymore and that im a scammer because i gave hawiian the ID.

now he wants the ID so he can email blizzard and get the account banned.

so basically im a scammer cuz i wont give this guy the ID to get another members account banned.

what you need to understand is that warrior was never hawaiianbum21's to sell onto another md member it was mine only made it his after u have him id scan and i told you he logged on my paypal closed dispute with chat log proof which i sent to you why would u give a scammer a account im not looking to scam a md member he can easly open a dispute get is money back so you would rather i loose $300.000? which i cant recall wow way to treat your customers

i had already given Hawaiian the ID. me retrieving the account would do nothing but get it banned, and considering he hasnt recalled 300$ from me... i'm not going to go out of my way to screw him/MrDC(the guy who bought the account) over.

no your refuseing to help me gain back the warrior thats mine your saying like if a scammer scams a account then sells it the oo shouldent recall and just leave it for the new person to have it? just because they paid the scammer. good good..... my point is right and you know it your just refuseing to help me i wouldent advise anyone to buy any accounts from you seeing the account came from a banned markee member too

chances of it getting banned are 50/50 guy who was sold it probly will just recall his funds or doesnt have a scanner or maybe hawaiianbum21 dident give the id or maybe he lost it ild rather take those chances then have nothing and also i know how to secure comprimised accounts even if someone has the id i had to do it 4 days ago when someone had my id and accounts details lol suck what up? is that the way you treat your customers lol.... anyone can see your refuseing to help me its right in front of there eyes

You need to contact an account specialist and let them know he logged onto your pp account which records would proof.

Did you not say police and a lawyer are also involved?
What is the status of that?

i contacted the account specialist and they opened my dispute again and refused to comment on who logged on they wouldent give me any details i contacted my lawyer but his not sure how this would go police told me that paypal have to deal with it

So Virt didn't recall the warrior. You gave Hawaiien the warrior info for some other open issue you had. Is that correct?

You also told Virt that you in fact had won the dispute and had the money in your account. Also correct right?

virt did recall the warrior passed it onto hawaiianbum21 as you can see in the logs they are talking about recalling it, i diddent win the dispute what happened was i tried to do a chargeback after hawaiianbum21 closed the dispute, i thought it was succesfull as you can see in virt logs too, but was only a temporary release of the funds while they investigated the dispute, also the warrior was recalled way before i thought i won the claim because hawaiianbum21 was talking about virt recalling the warrior before i opened a chargeback i dont understand why they were planing on recalling it as virt still had his money so did hawaiianbum21 only reason i opened it in the fist place was because hawaiianbum21 was trying to scam me with a account i sold him, which he was saying his was going to chargeback with his credit card, but virt wouldent believe me

I never recalled the warrior. I gave hawaiian the ID to retrieve the account right after you said the money was cleared into your bank (the money you sent hawaiian for the warrior).
And yes i did believe hawaiian over you at the time as he was TWV with 14 pos, and you just made your MD account 2 months ago. Had I known that the money you said was safe in your bank account was "temporary", I wouldn't have given him the ID in the first place.

the account was never recalled until you disputed / charge backed your 300$ payment. i never assisted hawaiian with recalling the warrior until you said the money was in your bank account.

so sorry you lost your money, but its not my responsibility to reimburse you for getting scammed by a middleman that you chose.

He cannot give you or anyone the ID legally without the consent of the OO. Your issue here is with hawaiien who has been banned from these forums. What I would suggest is that you take your case up with pp again and raise holy cane with them. Also stay away from MM.
