Was Trade Guardian used?: I tried, and asked for Guardian but he told me that guardian wont accept coins.

What is the dispute about? He sold me account with bis shaman and hunter for 120 coins, at start he told me that he is giving the original email, after I send him the coins he tried to give me fake e-mail, when I realized that he give me fake email i told him to give me the original one or gift me back the coins. He told that he dont know the passord, its on some old phone number and bla bla. After that he promised to give me back the coins in 72 hours, but as you will see on the pictures he never came back.
