I payed for the account but the seller kept using excuses like I can't acces it, New account, he has limitations and so on. So he let's me do the payment says it's not working and refunds it. Then I make a new payment and he says he needs to verify.
He uses the old refund photo as evidence untill I show him he is lieing. And he cancels the the transaction before I could push report.
Other details / notes:
Before the transaction he asked if I wanted to pay in crypto.
