Claimed to not receive funds via Paypal. After conversing with Paypal and my Bank both confirming the transaction has been complete and correctly shown in his account he stopped answering on this website.

Chat is in Dutch so I wont bother showing that. I will post proof of my payment with Paypal.

Well I can tell you 100% of the time a payment goes through if the right email is given. Any one claiming otherwise is scamming. Theres never a delay either. It will show in balance immediately and may not show in history for a few minutes.
