Logs are too long to paste, as you and I talked for 2 nights and a morning.
You can tell from the beginning that he just happens to say the right thing at the right time, even though most of it is fake. He seems like an experienced scammer, and has already scammed 2 people so far for the same account.
I will post the important stuff that needs to be seen, as the entire log is extremely long.

Log #1: First he says he will call me with the login/password, then get home and send me the ID / CD-Keys, and then ship out the game box and authenticator the next day. Which he didnt. He then also states that he could show me the priest in game, which he couldn't, and as you will tell from later logs after he says he would go to his friends house, he then said the he would be unable to.

Log #4: After he picks up the money, he admits that he only got my voicemail, which in it he states, "trying to contact you, phone is about to die". I think to myself that this sounds rather fishy, but I'm still hopeful that when he gets home he will just give me the login/pw, as well as the rest of the information. After his return home, he states "let me take the authenticator off for you" even though I have not received the login / pw to the account, and after that completely ignores me for the rest of the day.

Log #6: entire logged conversation from today. Half way through (when he finally responds) I contact the other person he scammed to make sure he was really there (check my last post). It turns out he has been ignoring me the entire time. He also now claims that he already gave me the information, and that he will "do what he needs to do prove that he gave me the priest". Even if he did give me the information over the phone (Which he did not, and is lying directly to my face) he still has yet to give me the CD keys / ID scan, and says he is "unwilling to help". I don't know what more can prove a scammer than this.
Once the background check on this user goes through, I will be calling the police and submitting an IC3 against him unless I am refunded in full. According to the previous person he scammed, the account was never in his (abestsupport's) possession, never showed him any screen shots or the priest in game.
Note: I also have Skype call logs of the entire day after he received the payment, which is approximately 15 calls with no answer over a 14 hour period. You would think if someone just paid you $750.00 for an account and you have not given them the info yet, you would answer the phone to actually give them the info. As an addition to the Skype Logs, I also made numerous calls on my cell phone which obviously I have no record of, but to still be ignored the entire day. I also left approximately 4 voicemails on his phone to which he did not respond to.
