By Wednesday, December 3, the account he gave me had been recalled and I could no longer log in. I later called Blizzard to attempt to restore it, but was embarrassed to find out that the OO name I was given was incorrect.
As you can see, this person went out of their way to scam me by giving the wrong OO last name, posting in my rep thread, and even creating their own rep thread for me to "be the first to post in." It was a total charade. He had intended on scamming me from the moment he posted in my thread.
I attempted contacting him on AIM and MD messages repeatedly. No responses. He has given two screen names in his posts on MD: bllralex and bhammockman.
