What is the dispute about?
we agreed a half payment in two weeks, as the days passed all smooth until cause from real life situation im not gonna be able to play so i asked him for a refund cause obviusly im not gonna play and as i payed half the price i dont see why i could not get my refund, he told me that he spent all the money i payed him and he cant refund.
he is also calling me scammer when the acc is linked by him and even if i buy the full acc i cant have acces 100% cause is linked to his mail phone or whatever he is linked, he said that it was linked in the post and i knew that thats why i wanted to pay in 2 weeks, to double check all good , is better to lose 40€ than 80.
we talked and i wanted refund i didnt even use the goods, he spent the money i payed him, i know its a little annoying asking for refund it happened to me slling but i dont think the only 2 options he gave me was or i ày him full amount and risk he claims acc back or he keeps the 40 i payed him and the acc ( i will add all the conversation, if you want more let me know).
the big problem right now is that he is accusing me of scam when i cant get the account back cause all the possible links he has them all so thats funny, i only wanted my money back

1. We agreed he would pay half up front and the other half after. He told me he is not paying the 2nd half after receiving the account and playing on it over a week. (Attached photos). There is no “Goods” it was an account and he played it for more than a week and used the materials on the account. It’s not the same as it was when I sold to him.

2. I stated that if he did not pay I would take the account back He said he wasn’t paying and threatened negative feedback.

3. I’m under no obligation to refund this sale as there was no “warranty” or any discussion about a refund prior to sales. It’s not my problem he “changed his mind” after entering his he agreement.

4. He should be banned for this scam and defamation of my name. And my feedback from him should be cleared. He clearly was hoping to use my account for over a week and then not pay.

First of all as stated the account was and is linked by him so I can’t scam nobody cause I can’t get the account is that simple, we agreed in the 2 payment and I payed this guy the first 40€ I had the acc for a week, the account came with I believe 100 gems and I farmed over 500 for free using my time so I didn’t use any resources I even farmed more, he took the account back already and my 40€ that I payed him he still have that money, again I can’t scam he has the account linked I was just trusting this guy since the begging, that’s why we agreed in the 2 payments, I don’t think it’s fair as this guy wants to sell the account at any cost that he will keep my money and the account, tell me how did I scam here cause I neither have the money or the account, I just realized I can’t play and wanted a refund that’s all and ofc I think is not fair that he gotta keep the money I paid after all of this and without spending any resource

Again, it’s not my problem you changed your mind and refused to pay. As stated when I accepted your 40 now and 40 later offer, I said If you tried to scam I would just take the account back and resell. Knowing I said that you still agreed and paid me the first half.

You agreed to EXACTLY what just happened. You don’t pay, you lose the account. You paid me knowing that was the term I clearly stated in my screenshot posted above. I never said “I’ll refund if you change your mind”.

You can’t ask for a refund 7-8 days after playing the account, using the materials on it, changing name and password….. it’s not like it was 10 min after the sale… it was over a week. Especially when you still owe me money.

There is nothing to decide. You owe me $40. You agreed to pay or lose the account. You decided you didn’t wanna pay therefore you lost the account. You agreed to it. There is no argument. Your not entitled to a refund. I had to take the account back after you refused to pay. You changed the password and didn’t “give it back”. If I didn’t have a way to recover it you would have just taken my account and never paid me. You should be banned for trying to scam for half the agreed payment and then pointing fingers at me.

At least you at admit to your scam. You bought the account, change pw, and then don’t pay. No wonder you told me you had just fought another negative feedback before me.

I will not remove my feedback. You Refused to pay and caused a huge hassle. People should be warned if you. Especially if you try the “pay half now pay half later” crap you pulled on me then dip out.

I’m not twisting anything. We are past the agreed date you were supposed to pay me the remainder which was $40. Even tho you told me earlier you were not paying anyways and just leaving negative feedback if I didn’t refund.
the only way out was for you to pay me as agreed. Or lose the account if you failed to pay as agreed.

hopefully you learn from this, and next time you agree to something…. Don’t lie and go back on your word. Don’t try any rip anyone off. If you agree to pay someone …. Pay them. It’s not anyone’s fault but your own if you don’t pay regardless of IRL factors.

If atomic keeps the account full payment must be made, then they can sell the account. Feedback can be changed.

If atomic doesn't want to keep the account, the account must be returned, and a 20% fee must be paid to the seller for lost/wasted time. Feedback can be neutral for atomic, & removed for Gncc.
