@EpicNPC CM Okay that is completely unfair. He kept the account and played it for 7-8 days….. used up the materials on it…. If you ever played 7DS, you get these things called hourglasses once’s every 2 week and I had 10 when sold and now there is only 4. 2 Months of those are gone.
and he uses a lot of my other materials as far as stamina potions, SA tokens, coin shop coins, ect. Just because he refused to pay me as agreed I now have to refund him and I get $16 as compensation for the nightmare of a hassle ….. and then I lose out on ALOT of the in game items/consumables that made this account worth my price. He never spent a penny inside the game.

how is this Justified? He used my materials, lied about paying me the agreed amount…. And I’m the one that’s going to take the biggest loss here? Banned or lose money to a scammer.
$16 doesn’t cover the used Material.
—- I’ve been a loyal epic memeber since 2017. I do not feel like this is fair.
The only reason I now have access to the account is becuase I was forced to preform a “recovery” after he refused to pay and started saying refund or threaten to leave me bad feedback.
It was agreed that If he failed to pay I would recall/recover before he agreed to buy it.

That being said…. If you feel the need to ban me go ahead. I’m already losing enough money on this deal from the used materials. I love epic, but I can find a new platform if it comes down to that. If I get banned for refusing to refund a scammer then so be it. I posted plenty of proof if our agreement and I did EXACTLY as we agreed. He failed to pay. He lost the account. I lost the materials and the account is worth less now. If it was exactly the same as when I sold to him I MAYBE could understand. But the fact that he waited over a week of playing to cry refund…. No.
 
the account came with 70 diamonds and i farmed up to 650 diamonds, how much is that worth? i think more than 100€ right? yeap, and btw the materials i used are farmeable , the cristals you gotta purchase those with real money so mate i dont think the acc is worth less, is worth way more, i even started farming relics which the account came with 0, also farmed the full event of the collab so stop the bullshit and pay my money cause you kept the account and the money
 
and as posted in the pictures of the thread I told you i wanted my money back cause i was not gonna be able to play and I told you i farmed tons of diamonds which is also in the screenshots and you were surprised of that amount that you even asked me if i spent money in the game so dont lie that i wasted materials when the account is way better now
 
we both knew the acc was linked so dont say you luckily had a recover cause you already have planned that mate, ofc i told you to refund cause is noto fair after all the work i did in the account for FREE you tell me you wont refund, its so funny, even if you refund me the amount the admin told you, you will be winning literally free money and you keep complaining
 
You “farmed” free diamonds that you get for free doing the story missions I didn’t do yet. You didn’t actually farm or buy anything. They are free gems for every player
 
did the account come with more diamonds than when you gave me?
are diamonds the most important and expensive material cause you make the summons with it?
 
I wouldn’t be so against it if you had not waited 7-8 days to ask for a refund AFTER you used my stuff and did what you wanted to do. It’s not like you asked the same day or next day. You waited an entire week.
 
i only used farmable materials where you can spend some time and get those back easy, I used those to grow the account stronger, man you really trying hard to make me look bad when you kept the account and the money , also you said you didnt care about this account am i right?

Of course I kept the account and the money. YOU AGREED TO THAT. You agreed when you made your first offer that if you scam and didn’t pay the 2nd $40 I would recover and resell. So of course I have both. That was the deal. And you agreed to the deal. And you paid me. And you played over a week, using the accounts materials. Then you decided not to pay the 2nd half of the agreed amount. I’m not sure if your a child or just incompetent…. But we stuck to agreed plan. Nothing that has happened here is a surprise. It was all agreed on. You were happy with it too.
 
i never said that mate, i never said that i scam wtf is wrong with you, when i say something i do fullfil it , but for the first time i cant, is that simple is not a big deal, and dont call me incompetent when my feedback proves wrong what you said, i didnt expect a kid like you yo spent the money he got from a selling and said he doesnt have it anymore so i gotta pay or you take account, is not fair you keep the money and the account and on top of that call me scamer, just think what you are doing, telling **** about i spent the materials as an excuse, dude you should be grateful that i used my time that is very limited to farm and grind in your account, make it stronger and farm the gacha materials.
 
the admin gave a reall ysimple solution and thats to pay me back just half of the money i payed you and you keep half of it for FREE just for the delay and you keep complaining and calling scammer, dude really i cant understand you

If I have to pay I also need to inquire about a refund for the used materials during his 7-8 days of gameplay. Which was far more than the $40 he has paid if you were to go and try to buy the materials from material shop.
 
i even offered him to buy the account and we could ask for the removal of the feedback and he refused, he didnt give any other way out so thats all, he keep saying about mats when the most important is the diamonds and the account came with 70 i think and he took it at 600+
(thats more than 100€ just that)
 
i even farmed him new gear for his characters for free like a waste of my time and he complains, nothing was wasted, 0 characters were lost nothingof nothing,
im not gonna risk my account for that, i know how this world works , my feedback prove and i dont have a need to **** anynone account even when I payed that owner 40€ by paypal family and friends that I cant take back with paypal so i dont know this guy, kept account money and wants me ban now xd
 
and btw you dont value an acc of 7ds by that resources, you value an acc of 7ds by the characters, the quality of the characters, the awakening, the relics and the diamonds of the acocunt, also the gear and if the account can clear the most difficult content, thats what you check to value an account not farmable resources
 
You are literally the dumbest scammer. You agreed that I could take the account back if you didn’t pay. I’m not sure why your making this a big deal. You didn’t pay. End of story. You get negative feedback and your out $40 for lying and breaking agreement.
 
Keep calling me scammer man, keep telling bs etc , the mod made a choice you kept free money and I you cry cause you wanted me ban cause as I said earlier I couldn’t pay cause I can’t play and I didn’t ****ed the account I even improved, the account came in better shape and call me a scammer when you got the money and the account, just don’t type anymore and wait for the admin that’s all

Is there an approximate monetary value for the items used?

We can reduce the amount refunded by that amount.

@Gncc23 to avoid situations like this in the future, I recommend getting full payment and not going half now half later. You also caused this judgement by recalling the account instead of waiting for our decision here. If you didn't recall the account other options would have been available.

there is none, cause if he wants to value the money lose cause of farmable items then he will have to refund more cause the gems i farmed and that value is more than 100€ so doesnt make any sense @EpicNPC CM
 
You will not be compensated for the gems you farmed as you are deciding you no longer want the account.

At this point, this dispute is still going over $10-$16, this shouldn't be hard to resolve. @Gncc23

@EpicNPC CM - Yes, and I’ll include price photos. This is why I’m requesting not to have to refund him as the account has suffered much more of a loss than the $40 he paid. Again he played and used the materials for over a week.

-1 hourglass nets you 700 anvils. He used 6 of those. To buy 500 anvils if you don’t wish to wait the 2 weeks to get the “hourglass” you spend $40 per 500. So he used $320 worth of just that one specific materials. I sold the account with 7000 anvils and still have 7000. So I’m not sure what he blew the hourglasses on.

-The gems he is referring to is free to every player for completing the chapter story For the first time per chapter and the account has some chapters still available so he didn’t lose anything or gain the account anything on gems, they were available to whoever purchased the he account and did the last story mission.

- another material he uses was level up pendents which cost $12 per 6. I can’t remember how many I had before the sale but I’m missing a lot of them.

- I’m also missing SA tokens which is a hard to get item that isn’t farmable.

and yes I’m sorry I didn’t make him do 100% payment up front. I thought he could be trusted due to his feedback.
If he had not used the majority of the stored materials and just Simply asked for a refund within 24 hours or just said “hey keep the account, I used the materials but I don’t want to pay the remaining $40” everything would be different. The fact that he opened a case against me after using my account, depletion of materials for 7+ days then decided not to pay me the owed amount is beyond a disappointment. We didn’t involve a MM either since we both had solid feedback.

And he is not denying using the materials in question. He is only simply trying to justify it by saying he finished the story mission to get the free gems that everyone gets.
 
my friend you are taking screenshots of materials that give option to buy, those materials are free to farm in no time and easy, the only material of the account that costs money is the diamonds which i didnt use

You cannot farm anvils, you cannot farm sa coins, you cannot farm hourglasses, you cannot farm SSR pendents. Any of the mod ever played 7DS he will know that. You have a LIMITED amount you get per week.

once every 2 weeks you get said hourglass to allow you 1 hour to farm for anvils (700 max) and that’s it. If you chose your hour of anvils you then cannot chose SA coins. One hour Once every 2 weeks isn’t “Farmable”

only farmable items are gear, books, xp pots, and gold. There is no limit besides your stamina potions on those items. The rest as I mentioned are locked behind a small weekly amount unless you buy them.

All I’m saying is you used more than $40 in materials if I were to replace what you spent right now. And you don’t deny that.
And all I’m asking is you drop the refund crap and we move on. I had to deal with this headache on top the materials. The account was very well setup for someone to buy it, and use allll the saved materials to make the account top notch again however they wanted to progress it.

If he needs proof. I have the pictures of when I sold to you, and then I can log on right now and get pictures of what is on there now. I spend $500+ on this game a month and I can prove that to him as well if needed with receipts. I have a 10million box account in the #2 guild in game I can also prove. I have $10-20k invested between accounts, I have no need to lie over $40.
 
okay my friend you telling whales, but like this is not a whale account this account you used to farm diamonds and the mats i used are all farmables and not that hard to get, ofc you can buy them but you dont need to
 
These 3-4 days alone show how expensive this game is to play and keep an account up to par The account you didn’t finish paying for was very heavily whaled also up untill about 7-8 months ago that’s why it had so many extra materials and 6/6 units

dude listenyou are talking about a whale account , this was a thras acc you used to help your account farm some mats, that expending is for a whale acc not a thras acc like the one you sold, dont try to compare, those are 2 different lvl

Nope. I spent the same on the 6m account before I stopped using it. Hence jall the extra materials, the UR sets, the 6/6 fest units. All the collab units. That account i was selling was my old main I stopped using 7-8 months ago. Just logged here and there to team up with my new main account to help feed it raids.

Just buying cosmetics for one character cost around $50….. and collaboration cosmetics are cash only no gems. So just on collaboration cosmetics the account I sold you had well over $500 between AOT, og slime, KOF, stranger things, and Rezero collab.

Then You replace them since they are free and I’ll refund your money. I want anvils = to the amount of hourglasses you wasted. I’ll log on here in a moment and get get a true count of all other things you used against the screenshots when I sold you the account
 
man, stop lying like, you have an acc 10M cc so you been using your actual acc for super long time , so you dont use your other one, mate you are full of bs, you didnt use that acc for like months, you only logged to get the pvp diamonds and the daily login, just stop telling **** like you spent so much in that cause you cant prove and thats also a lie, cause the acc has 0 RELICS, the most improtant thing now and meta so wtf man
