I explained all he selling me the APB account for 30e after i send him the money he was sending me a txt with a login and a password he was saying me to contact the support for changing the email, i contact the support he reply me but i was need more information i ask him at the same time he having reply the support and he say his account been hacked he having changed all on the account and after he saying me he having buying this account the last year and the man was taking his account back i having saying him it's not her fault but refund me and he was deleting me after without a refund .

Hello,

The account was given to me with full permission (as the screenshot below states from the original user). In no way was i aware there was another owner. In the thread it is listed as “original owner no” in the settings, and I did not have a listed refund method and by default I do not take refunds. The user should have been informed the settings I chose before purchase. I have traded and sold with multiple users here and have had no issues. I apologize for the issues this has caused, but I am in no way liable to issue a refund.

I don't understand your raison i pay you for a account and can't get and after you saying you don't refund because its not your fault but you have my money and i don't have account its logic ?

I told you I would look for another account out of my own policy because I felt bad, and have never had this issue with any other user. I could not find one. But I’ve made clear I don’t do refunds. I’m sorry you misunderstood what I said. But my settings and policy were clear before you even messaged me, as per EpicNPC settings that I chose. The reason for removal is I do not have time to deal with people who don’t read the fine print.

Proper English, no. Understanding of basic English conversation, no. As previously mentioned, I posted what I posted. I tried to find another account not following my own trade in or refund policy, but at the end of the day, the account and its security is in your hands. I’m sorry. Moderator, take what you will from this conversation. I am done here.

Which goes back to my previous point. I showed proof of the account being given to me, and that’s all I know. The account was listed as unoriginal. Please read next time.

You selling me a account already linked with a person and you saying me its not your fault you can't refund me my money search the logic .
I tell you again you have my money and me i have nothing because your friend get her account back its you having selling me a false account .

Administrator i can't explain him the world don't turn like that,he have my money and i have nothing .. i having buying a account i don't have the account and for him is logic ... saying him to post her discussion on discord please .
 
@JDMxDrifter You're responsible for everything you sell here. If users were not, then people would be selling junk and stolen crap here all the time and just say, well stiff sh!t when problems arise and continue on their day. Can you imagine a marketplace with such a rule? It would be absolute chaos.

Please refund the user, it's up to you to get the account back and do what you will with it. The user cannot use it.

I'll give you 24 hours to send his refund. Please reply here with proof once you've done so. Anything less (words included) will result in a ban. We can't have sellers here with blatant disregard to customers, the forum would die within 2 weeks if we did.

I personally feel I have made my case. I do not have any sort of regard for the customer. I have my set rules and policy that every other user has been fine with, despite issues. But this one goes wrong. Once the account is in their possession, that's that. So feel free to ban me. I can use another platform.

i don't understand your mentality, you know what you made is scamming ?. you don't have any rules or something like you pretend, you just is a scammer, you having just get 30e for free i work hard for my money and you just get this for free and you say is logic ... you living in a dream i think or you too young for understand the life ...
 
@JDMxDrifter You're a scammer and will be labelled as such. Hopefully the "other" forums see it too. And sucked in for losing the business this magnificent forum would of provided you had you of been a legit seller.

@misterip435 Please find me his PayPal email so I can list it here as well for future searchers looking for background checks. He deleted it in your chat full knowing he wants to hide it. You will find it in your PayPal history. PM me this so I can update the info below so that others doing background checks can see he is a fully fledged 100% scamming worm.
