This person refused to send the account information just because the money was not in his/her paypal account even I gave the online receipt about the transaction.
I sent the money to the email that this person gave me and since it was on pending transaction on his/her paypal account, this person wanted me to wait until the money was "not pending and usable", which a lot of us find difficult to believe. This person said that he/she will call paypal for refund but on the discord status, this person was in game and still is.
Please be careful with these kinds of people and ask the person who you are having business with "do you need the money now?" because people will use this kinds of filthy thought process to scam you.
