EpicNPC does NOT investigate disputes unless Trade Guardian was used. Instead we will conduct a review of the accused member's account. Please give the user a negative feedback instead.
If Trade Guardian was used, please go to the Trade Guardian > History or Active Transaction page and click the "Report" button. Someone will then join the chat and investigate your claim.

I have been a long standing member of the FFXI community at EpicNPC, over 11 years with 100% positive feedback on over 200 deals.
Describe the problem:
Darkhunter001 contacted me about buying my FFXI account Thursday July 6. I checked his feedback he had 100% positive over a couple years. So I allowed him to pay via paypal. He paid on July 6th. I sent the account to him via EpicNPC PM. He changed the account information just moments later. Even requested the lua files to help configure the account.
July 7th he intiated a chargeback for the account.
He has been unresponsive to my PMs even though he has been online. Additionally he is online playing the account.
