What is the dispute about?
Recently i wanted to buy a new DCUO account to help my mate out by being a healer, so after a few days of looking i came across an account that someone was selling for a good price.
after speaking to the person i got him to add me on discord, WhatsApp and Facebook so i can see if he was a scammer or not. seemed genuine at first but after paying him he gave me faulty details and instantly blocked me on WhatsApp and Facebook. i was able to speak to him on Discord to tell him the password for the email and the PlayStation was wrong. but he told me i was wrong and said he can get on it. it was when i got my friend involved that it was proven he was trying to scam me because not only the password came up as changed 30 days before i bought it from him but the scammer signed into the account i bought from him, changed the name on the PlayStation account to a different version of my original PlayStation and is saying I'm trying to scam him? it was then when i phoned the authorities and told them what happened. they've started an investigation in the matter. I'm also worried for others though as this add and multiple adds that i believe is his still up.

Other details / notes: ive seen adds on this with similar names and almost identical descriptions posted multible times.

How long did you have the account before it was recalled?

I blocked because I don't know him and the purchase was done, as you can see his name is lawliet, I can no longer get on the account as password has been changed, a friend of mine who had the account added as a friend, and he's changed the name to suit his own, I would give a full refund if u could get back on the account but I can't.

I will refund you once I have the password for the psn, details were clearly okay as you've logged I'm and changed the name. If you've messed up changing the password that's your fault dumbass what am I meant to do if I can't log into it that's your issue not mine.

you did give a promise on discord about password fixing and ignored after, am I wrong?

I didn't ignore, I tried and can't access the account because the password has been changed by the accuser, I literally can't access it, and like I said i will refund once I gain access to the account, but I'm not giving anything until I can log in, I'm literally not paying to have an account I can no longer use because he's changed the details then wants a refund..

You can contact daybreakgames, as you were original owner and remember all the purchases

It's nothing to do with daybreak as dcuo doesn't require a password it's the psn that I can't access, I will try again when I get home can't do anything while I'm at work

And publishing people's personal photos without consent is illegal you shouldn't allow him to post them. Especially when there's other people in a photo

No, We do not allow that, Sorry, I did not notice that it was your personal photo. Removed. Please post updates as soon as you get home. But you use it also in your discord profile.
 
I like to update that i haven't heard from him since then , i said to him 2 minuets after getting the details that the password was changed 30 days ago before me buying the account off him. but that's when i realised he blocked me. i also haven't had access to the email so it was a shock for me to see when he messaged my friend that the psn account that i boughts name was changed to lawliet j even tho my original psn is Lawliet-94. either he's trying to scam me or someone he knows is playing him and me either way he's been avoiding to help as my friend asked him to help and he blocked him too.

That's not me in the discord picture lol, and even if it was you screenshot the chat not the picture, yeah won't be long before I finish, I will try change all the passwords and give them to him, but if he messes up with the email password I won't be able to recover that so I can't be held liable for that

Like I told your friend bro I only blocked because after the sale we didn't need to talk it was my bad, but whoever your talking to on discord is not me so I would advise you to block it,I've been in touch with psn to verify my last three purchases so I should have my Gmail pass and ps password reset by tomorrow if not I will refund you,I think the person I know is trying to have me to, like I told crying god I'm happy to refund if I can access the acc, this guy is a mate of mine and it's only him that has the details apart from me, I wouldn't have changed them because like I told you I don't even have a ps anymore I don't have time, I will unblock you and give you a message after work tomorrow once I have thos details,he sent me a photo with the psn changed to your name with a thumbs up I just assumed was all good, sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, if I was trying to scam you I would have just closed my epicnpc account, I'll be in touch tomorrow dude 👍

I will sort this for you obviously, I'm not a scammer, but post anymore photos from my facebook/ personal accounts and you'll be having licensing fees as the girls in those photos are family members and those pictures are mine, it's illegal to take a personal photo without consent just a heads up, but like I said I'm not a scammer I will sort it for you as I'm basically being done myself

ive been more than patient with him, he had plenty of time to correct this ''error'' and this wouldn't have taken any further action but now the authorities and the bank have been notified with all of the screenshots of the conversation as proof and have told me they are taking further with the scammer.
