No interest will be paid because the loan shark said this case is closed which in meaning says they wavier any legal right to claim any said outstanding balance.

Without providing evidence of that payment still is outstanding and that both said parties agreed in first terms of a keyboard that said parties can reopen a payment dispute if a calculation has wrongly been made.

No discord evidence of a agreement of this present when the loan shark first made contact.

With regards to partial payment if a person agreed to receive partial payment then that means the loan can be closed and no more action can be taken to recover said outstanding balance. This means the lender in turn will wipe off any outstanding balance if partial payment is made. This is called partial closer agreement.

This partial closure agreement is used by lenders and banks in the UK and Europe to recover partial payment and in return wipe off the remaining said balance. It's basically the banks last stage to offer before default of the loan is applied.

Okay buddy. I got my money back, that’s all I care about. If making people believe otherwise is how you prefer to leave here then I won’t take that away from you. I’m not going to keep arguing with you here, this case is closed.

This is the statement which shows they got partial payment and because they stated they got the money back this is called partial payment. In terms of a loan this loan has now been paid in full in regards to UK law.

We have waited 12 hours for a response showing the contract agreement between the two parties involved in this matter.

They must show evidence that both parties agreed to have the option to reopen a payment dispute if a calculation has wrongly be made. This agreement must be from the first contact between both parties.

They must also show evidence that payment is still outstanding.

As explained before partial closure agreement has been made.

If the other party can't show both sets of evidence by 6pm UK time then this ban would not be correct because they failed to provide the evidence required meaning this case would be closed.

@EpicNPC CM it's now 18:15 UK time. We have given 14 hours for the other party to respond and to give evidence to show claims that interest should be paid but they haven't been able to produce the items asked for.

Partial closure agreement is now in affect.

Please remove the warning sign from the account as the other party doesn't have enough evidence to back up a claim that a payment can be reopened after partial closure agreement has happened.

Mildly entertaining to see you try to get out of this one. Nothing needs to be said to any of the stuff you’re saying. I know you’re banking on the fact that I can’t provide evidence because my Discord was banned, but you’ve quite literally admitted to it in this thread. None of the legal stuff you’ve mentioned applies here, at no point did I say I would waive any of the interest, you’re still getting banned. I’m not going back to arguing with you here. This is the last message I will send here. @EpicNPC CM You can ban him. He’s not going to pay, as he himself already stated.
