hey i just got scammed by a seller on your side and ye i know there is no support for dc purchases but first why is it even allowed to write it down on the post that you should add them on discord and why is there no warning that its not offical supported but anyway isnt it possible to get a support when i show proof of the transaction?

Banned - illegal activity - chargeback scams

The rule states that sellers can use discord as their primary contact, and buyers who contact sellers on discord as a primary contact will be doing that on their own risk, however the active dispute section is where u post disputes.
