Because at that time the middleman (The Integrity) told me that maybe I can get back my channel if he tries to sell it with Trade Guardian transaction.
I told middleman on time (Jul 18, 2018) that I'm scammed.

Hi,
I appreciate the chance to clearify the situation from my part.

When I bought the channel it mainly had 3 or so spongebob videos,
all of them had copyright claim to them.

Since the channel was growing, I left alone as it was when I've bought it.
Some time after I received a notice from Youtube stating that the channel
had been suspended due to its guideline violation.

I requested reimbursement because I haven't made any change to the
channel and it would have been suspended regardless of the owner.

I've bought other channels through this forum without any similar problem.

Hi is lying, channel had 2 videos and no copyright strikes when I sold it to him, and he was uploading new videos on the channel after he bought it.
And he is also lying that he requested reimbursement from me. If he did request reimbursement he could provide evidence like chat screenshot.

And I don't believe that channel was banned on 11. jul. 2018 like in this "screenshot" sent above, he probably photoshopped that.
If the e-mail form YouTube is real he could forward that e-mail to Epic Admin @EpicNPC and you can compare the dates.

Please read my message again and also there is a difference between copyright
strike and copyright claims.

I don't remember uploading any content to the channel.
I grow channels for a living so anything content I add to my channels are original
and never in violation of Youtube TOS.

Your channel was called Spongeofficial and had soulely spongebob videos clips
on it. Those are copyrighted marterials and had copyright claims on them.

I never said I requested reimbursement from you. I requested it through Paypal.

At the time of the trade, there were 2 videos uploaded on the channel, with 57m total views.

Both were copyrighted, which just made them ineligible for monetization.
Those videos were both uploaded 7 years ago, and it is extremely unlikely that they could have caused trouble after all that time, less than 2 months after purchase. Big companies don't suddenly request takedowns of videos after 7 years, especially since the revenue from those views already goes to them, regardless of which channel uploaded them.

But even if we take the worst case scenario, where they did get removed and the channel penalized, it would have gotten 2 strikes at most since there were only 2 videos, while 3 is the minimum to get suspended. Something else must have been done to have caused a third strike.

The paypal chargeback was reported to me on the day when it happened, by the seller. I advised him what to do, but didn't really know that the channel is banned.
The buyer never contacted me to report any problems, not even after the dispute had been opened.

MightCreation you had the account for almost 2 months. I'm not sure how the account could just randomly be suspended without you being part of the cause.

I know serval big companies that are agressive when it come to copyright. Company like
Toei animation is an example.
And the bigger the video gets, the higher the chance of it been noticed and acted upon.

Yes, Youtube have a three strike system but they can bypass it and suspend any channel when
they see fit according to their TOS.

I didn't contact you regarding the issue because I didn't know of the system you have in place
and I wasn't active on the forum at that time.

I can no longer access the channel

Youtube want to purge channels based on duplicate content off their platform. Channels with
duplicate content can't no longer be monetised and in worste case senerio, suspended.

They don't need to give you prior warning in form of copyright strikes before suspending a channel
if they review the channel and see it is mainly based on copyrighted contents, they can make their
decision solely based on that.

Cheching archive.org, I can see as of April 18, 2018 there were only 2 videos. This is one month BEFORE the sale.

Based on the original 2 videos, they make up almost all of the channels views which suggests there were only 2 videos prior to the sale.

Since April 18th there were 1.3m new views and 37 new videos. Since the MM confirmed that on May 20th, the day the account was sold, there were still only 2 videos, we'll have to assume the other 37 were uploaded by MightCreation.

Based on this it appears the violations were caused by MightCreation and the videos he uploaded.

MightCreation you will have to return the money to Apis as it appears you were the cause of the suspension. Ban in 48 hrs if payment is not made.

That is an unfair verdict.
Like I mention earlier , I manage a lot Youtube channels and I don't remember uploading videos
to that channel but I take your words for it.

One things I'm 100% sure of is that every content I upload to a channel is original and can thus
be monetised. The plan for the channel was to let it reach enough subs and monetise it with original
Spongebob stop-motion animation videos.

I pay to get my content made. Non of the content uploaded to any channels are in in violation of
Youtube's TOS.

I do not know what you uploaded or what you did with the account after you purchased it.

What I know is that prior to the sale of this channel there were only 2 videos. This is confirmed by archive.org and the view count. The views for the 2 videos is about equal to the total view count for the whole channel. As stated, this suggests that there were no other videos on this channel prior to the sale.

If the videos were added before April 18th, they would have also had to be deleted before April 18th. This means the total channel view count should be MUCH greater than the view count for the 2 videos, however it's about the same.

Based on what SocialBlade.com shows, 39 videos were uploaded. Where are these 37 other videos?

We will have to assume they were uploaded after the sale and are the cause of the channel suspension.

MightCreation, why did you try registering a new account the day after this dispute was opened? new account Heiiko.

MightCreation you are being asked to repay Apis as it appears the suspension was your fault. If you do not, you will be banned in 48 hrs.
