scammed when i was buying a youtube account from jelle97

hello
yesterday i was looking to buy a youtube account and 1 offered me his (jelle97) it had 1500+ subs and he said he would give it to me for $7.50 and i agreed. when i sent him the money he ditched me and when i messaged him on epicnpc he said i dont know anything about it. he hasnt replied to me and is denying he has even talked to me. i have proof, the whole conversation screenshoted and i will will put the 2 most important screenshots, the ones where he agreed on the price and with the account he will give me for it.
plz can you help me resolve my problem.

He was online today and failed to reply, A warning has been added to his account and he has 24 to reply or will be banned.

Theres nothing we can do to force him to give you the money or the channel. If he doesn't and continues to not reply he will be banned from our site, and his known information will be posted here and can easily be found on google.

As for your money you can start a dispute with paypal but that is about it.
