I bought an account thinking it would work ok iOS when I received it I couldn't link it so I told the seller and he said that I could get a refund but never got back to me so I really want my $80 back thanks username: S I bought a clash of clans account off of a member from here and he said that I could put it on iOS because it was only linked to android but when I got it and went to link it, it was already linked so I asked the persona about it and then he said he would contact the owner before and then got back to me and said that the peer didn't know what it was so he said that if I wanted I could have a refund but he never got back to me and I really would like to know if I could get my money back or something the person that sold it to me was username:https://www.epicnpc.com/members/434821-MeMe1

Sorry for the late reply this was the last account i sold and i don't actively view these forums daily but was alerted by email. Also been busy with work so haven't had time to reply to people.


Okay so I'm kinda concerned that he reported this yet i delivered the account.


Again I'm going to provide all the proof of me 100% letting him know this was andriod base before i even sold it to him and I'm not selling it as ios. I told him since i just bought the account it might be able to link to ios i did promise this made him very clear i was selling it ios.


I know I'm not legally obligated to refund him "his money" which now is not his money because he recieved exactly what i was selling as he stated he recieved it himself yet he now wants a refund because doesn't work for ios when i let him know i was only selling as andriod and this might be a issue with ios before he even bought the account, yet he still wanted to buy the account obviously as a seller i had no objections.


Not trying to act cold but I'm now against refunding him and again I'm not legally obligated to refund because product was delivered he was well aware i was selling it as android. I even went as far to give him last sellers email.

The-Speenis, I agree with meme1 about the ios/android issue. You were told before the purchase that it was for android, not ios, and you still decided to purchase it. Meme1 is not obligated to refund you if he doesn't want to.

As for the claim someone else is playing on the account, you'll need to provide more info.

Meme1 gave you the Gmail account for this CoC account, then you linked it to Bluestacks, correct?

Can multiple gmail accounts be linked to the same COC account? Is there a device list where you can see how many devices are linked? If so, post an image of that.

I'm not all that familiar with how CoC account linking works, so you'll have to provide some more info before we can determine what's going on.

This is a problem we need to address.

I delivered the account on the 13th he never once alerted me that there was another access to the account.

I'm not accusing him because i believe this thread was unnessacary when i was very responsible to talk to and delivered and the first day i was considering a refund even though i normally don't issue a refund when i supplied exactly what i told the buyer i was selling. He also turn that down and said he really wanted the account.

Could he just be saying there is another access because he doesnt have a andriod device wouldn't be far fetch?

I informed him i was not the original owner of the account but i again told him it was most likely linked i did not personally check that out.

You can only link a clash of clans account once to ios or Android device depending on what device you created it on. To answer your question.

Not here to make the buyer upset but i did mention it was andriod i no way guaranteed it would work for ios hence why i let you know i was providing just the andriod information.

The buyer then links COC to his device.

Can the original owner still access COC from his device even if he doesn't have access to the email anymore?
Using the email account, can the new owner remove access to CoC for the OO?

Yes the original owner can access the account anytime if he left the loaded base on his device so can I if i didn't switch bases.

Also the original owner can recover it at anytime as well.

If there is access from the original owner he can remove but he would need a good amount of information about the account to give to supercell.

Epic to remove it he would need the date account created. The credit card or iTunes receipt Id from first purchase. That's only way to remove from iOS.

Okay, I'm not argumentative person but why are you not a staff member commenting on this dispute? Sorry, but I'm pretty sure he was either asking a staff member or me these questions not a bi-standard with hi rep? I could be wrong, if i am my apologies.

First you can't remove ios off the device especially if it was created on a ios device. Yes you can boot or have the account locked/banned if you provide information as rafflez said (all the information such as GEM PURCHASES, ACCOUNT CREATION DATE, AND WHEN YOU CREATED THE ACCOUNT. Also i believe they ask for the location. This however is something i was not given when i bought the account,

Also, Why has this user not provided proof of his claim he first lied about me telling him it would work for ios and now he all of sudden days after he ask for a refund claims another person is connecting? Does this not take from his credibility.

So right now we are just going by what this user is saying that just lied about the dispute topic in the first post???

Meme1, we allow other members to post in dispute threads if we are not familiar with how a particular game works or we need information. In this case, I do not have in-depth knowledge of how CoC account recovery and linking works, so it's helpful to have other members reply with more info.

That said, we currently do not have any proof anyone else is accessing the account and The-Speenis has not replied to this dispute in almost a week.

The original dispute about wanting a refund because the account is not ios was denied due to my post here.
